María Crespo: journalist.

 

Currently as working multimedia reporter at Equal Times. I worked at European Parliament Headquarters in Brussels on a Schuman scholarship in journalism. Studied Audiovisual Communication at the University of Pontificia de Salamanca (2005-2010) spending a year at the University of Linguistics and Communication (IULM) in Milan as part of the Erasmus programme and a final year of study at Rey Juan Carlos de Madrid University on the Seneca programme. Balancing studies with the carrying out of internships at local communication and media agencies: written press, radio, TV and internet. Also demonstrated a strong proficiency in foreign languages such as English, French and Italian. Between June 2010 and August 2011 worked as intern at the Ser network’s Head Office in Madrid, both on radio programmes and on the station website. Obtained a ‘Caixa’ grant in 2011 so as to continue training on a Master’s in Advanced Journalism. Blanquerna Godó Group at the Ramon Llull de Barcelona University. Collaborated with the Sunday newspaper La Vanguardia magazine and 16 other newspapers distributing a million copies a week.
